2021 Summer Junior A Development League - Online Registration:
Online registration services for the Summer League are being provided by the CampVine Summer Camp Marketplace.

- If you registered for either the CCM Hockey Showcase or the USJDP Junior Prep Camp in 2019 or 2020, and have therefore already setup an account, please CLICK HERE to go to the Summer Junior A Development League program listing page on the CampVine platform and register.
- If you have not created an account on the CampVine platform in the past, please CLICK HERE to do so. After creating your account, you will receive an email from CampVine asking to verify your email address. Upon verification, you will be redirected to your My Account page. From here, click the Add New Program button at the top of the page, and click on the Colorado Summer Junior A Hockey League listings to Register.
Full payment is due at time of registration. No player will be allowed to participate unless all fees have been paid and all required forms submitted in full.
If you cancel your league registration for any reason ON or BEFORE 12:00pm midnight MST on Monday, May 31, 2021, you will be issued a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for any cancellations received after 12:00pm midnight MST on May 31, 2021, at which time all monies paid will be forfeited. No cash refunds will be given for willful absences, no-shows, or expulsions.
Injuries can be a natural occurrence in a contact sport such as hockey and because of this we cannot issue refunds for injuries. Additionally, refunds will not be granted for injuries occurred at other camps and try-outs prior to the start of the league season. It is the players responsibility to show up for league play in shape and physically ready to compete.
Acceptance emails will be sent upon registration.
League game dates, times and location are subject to change.
Additional League Covid-19 Policies:
Should the league be cancelled due to State or Federal Government mandates, or facility mandates, due in part or full to Covid-19, the participant may choose between a full credit to any future USJDP event (transferable/no expiration) or a refund less the $100 processing fee as outlined above.
Should the location and/or date change due to State or Federal Government mandates, or facility mandates, due in part or full to Covid-19, participants electing not to attend will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee as outlined above.
